What is included in the cost of apartment?
Everything is included in the total price (electricity, water, internet, etc. ), there are no additional payments.
Is there internet in the apartment?
All of our apartments have free internet connection (WiFi).
Later check-ins is possible?
Yes. It does not matter how late you come to Minsk. Just inform about your arrival time and we will meet you near the reserved apartment. We work 24h and 7 days a week.
How to return the keys of the apartment?
At the agreed time the manager will come to check the apartment and collect the keys.
Will money be back if I decide to leave earlier?
It is decided in each individual case. Typically the amount for 1-2 nights is withheld.
When do I need to reimburse additional costs?
In the case of property damage in the apartment renter must pay all costs associated with the repair or purchase of a new thing.
There is no electricity or water in the apartment, what should I do in this case?
In this case, please call our customer support, working 24h and 7 days per week. We will try to solve these problems as quickly as possible.

Can I invite guests in the apartment?
Yes, you can. Keep in mind that after 22.00 any noise is prohibited.
